We will be happy to pay a 100% Refund with ZERO $0 Restocking Fee for all UniqueHeat® heating systems as long as everything is returned in its original packaging and nothing is missing or damaged.

We understand that it can take some time to adjust to using Infrared Heat versus using a traditional dry air furnace or a red hot coil combustion space heater. Therefore, we strongly recommend a minimum trial of 14 days to realize fully the benefits that can come both to you and your home. Believe us when we say your skin will thank you!

Depending on how cold your area is, UniqueHeat® can take a little time when you first turn it on to heat all of your surfaces if they are cold. Just like nature's way of sunshine heating a sidewalk even if the air is cold, Unique Heat will work hard to blanket your area with infrared warmth and goodness.

We proudly offer the Decade of Care® Guarantee on all Openbox and Certified Refurbished units.  However PLEASE NOTE: Openbox and certified refurbished units are not eligible for returns or refunds.  All sales are final. 

Shipping and Return Policy

We happily offer FREE SHIPPING on all UniqueHeat® heating systems.

If you ever need a replacement remote, UV Component, or your unit needs to be repaired or replaced during your Decade of Care® Guarantee, we will be happy to replace it for free. Be aware that nominal shipping and handling charges will apply.
